How this ask was decided before

GET /v1/asks/{id}/history

For the app's "You've approved this 7 times" hint: how members decided earlier asks from the same agent, in the same project, with exactly the same title, per option (count: decisions by a human; automated: the same option chosen by a rule or by the default on timeout; lastAt: when a human last chose it). Most chosen first. Test asks and the ask itself aren't counted; settled asks are kept 180 days. Empty when the ask has no agent or nobody decided one like it. Members only: agents don't see how their asks were decided this way.
